Welcome to WERA. By accessing or using our website (wera.in) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, or the apparel designs, without our express written permission.

2. Print-on-Demand Model

WERA operates on a print-on-demand model. When you place an order on wera.in, your item is custom-printed specifically for you. As a result, cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order via support@wera.in. After 12 hours, production commences, and standard return policies apply.

3. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address. We are not liable for delayed shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the user.

4. Modifications to the Service and Prices

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana.
